We ship to customers across the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (EU & UK)

  • Standard delivery — 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery — 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available).
  • Flat-rate shipping: $9.99 per order .
  • All prices include VAT where applicable at checkout for EU and UK orders.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard delivery — 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery — 2–5 business days after dispatch (where available).
  • Flat-rate shipping: $9.99 per order .
  • Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address where required by state law.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries outside the EU, UK, and US. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, duties & import taxes

  • EU/UK orders — Orders shipped within the EU or UK generally do not incur additional import duties. Orders shipped to non-EU destinations may be subject to local customs charges.
  • US orders — Domestic shipments do not incur import duties. International recipients are responsible for any customs fees assessed by their country.
  • Customs fees, import VAT, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact hello@example.com.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect address — Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery / refusal — If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Lost or damaged packages — Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived or arrives damaged. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain remote areas, PO boxes (for express services), or countries subject to trade restrictions. If we cannot fulfil shipping to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
